Architectural 3D Designer

Employer supports the marketing of real estate for architectural firms and property developers. Meet with client management (clients are usually architectural firms and property developers) in order to gather requirements leading to the preparation of marketing strategy and associated presentation documents (renderings, brochures, artwork, 3D animation). Determine client requirements, objectives, budget, and timeframe. Prepare response to proposals. Once accepted direct and participate in the full development cycle. Direct and prepare preliminary conceptual deliverables and act as principal liaison between employer and client in order to ensure final deliverable (e.g. print material, animations, and multimedia renderings) meet requirements and specifications. Select staff appropriate to the specific project requirements, assign tasks, monitor performance and coordinate their activities in order to produce the final marketing deliverables. Insure projects are performed to specifications, contractual terms and client expectations. Oversee and participate in all aspects of digital production utilizing interactive architectural software used to prepare videos, 3-D renderings and interactive presentation materials.

Requires a Master's Degree in Architecture and 1 year of experience, or lieu of, will accept a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and 5 years of experience, or any suitable combination of education, training or experience thereof. Experience can be progressive. No less than a Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience is acceptable.
